Write a Villain With Real Depth

Create a fully developed villain/antagonist for a story with the following:

Develop the villain fully:

CORE IDENTITY:
- Name
- Age and physical description (specific, not generic)
- Profession or role in the world
- How others perceive them vs who they actually are

ORIGIN AND WOUND:
- The formative experience that created this person
- The moment they crossed a line — what justified it to themselves
- What they lost or gave up to become who they are
- What they tell themselves about it at night

MOTIVATION AND WORLDVIEW:
- What they want (specific goal)
- What they believe (their genuine philosophy — not cartoonish evil)
- Why they are right from their own perspective
- The legitimate grievance that drives them (even villains are often responding to real injustice)
- Where their logic breaks down

METHOD:
- How they pursue their goal
- Their greatest strength
- Their fatal flaw
- Their relationship to violence (appetite / reluctance / pragmatism)

RELATIONSHIPS:
- How they treat those below them
- How they treat those above them
- One person they genuinely care about (this is their vulnerability)
- What they would never do — the line even they will not cross

DYNAMIC WITH PROTAGONIST:
- What they share in common with the hero
- What the hero could become if they make the villain's choices
- The confrontation they are building toward

VOICE:
- 5 lines of dialogue that reveal character without exposition
- The speech they give that almost makes you agree with them

SYMBOL:
- One recurring image or object associated with this character and what it means
