## Step 1: Design the Question Structure

Organize questions into logical sections:
1. Screening questions (if needed to qualify respondents)
2. Behavioral questions (what people do)
3. Attitudinal questions (what people think or feel)
4. Demographic questions (always last)

## Step 2: Write the Questions

For each question, choose the right type:
- Multiple choice (forced single answer)
- Multi-select (check all that apply)
- Likert scale (agree/disagree, 1-5 or 1-7)
- Open-ended (short text)
- Ranking (order by preference)
