## Step 1: Identify the Vital Few

From all the research, identify:
- The 3-4 findings that most directly affect the stated decision
- The 1-2 data points with the most impact
- The single most important recommendation

Everything else goes in an appendix or is cut entirely.

## Step 2: Design the One-Page Layout

Structure the one-pager with these sections:
- **Headline** (8-12 words — what the reader needs to know, not the topic)
- **The Bottom Line** (2-3 sentences — the most important takeaway)
- **Key Findings** (3-4 bullet points with the most relevant data)

Write the complete text for each section. Every sentence should earn its place — no context-setting, no hedging, no filler.
