## OKR Design

Design 1-3 objectives with 3-5 key results each.

For each Objective:
- It should be qualitative, inspiring, and directional
- It should clearly answer "what are we trying to achieve?"

For each Key Result:
- It must be measurable with a specific number
- It should be an outcome, not an activity
- It should be ambitious but achievable (70% confidence of hitting)
- Include: baseline (current), target (end of period), owner

## OKR Quality Check

For each OKR, verify:
- [ ] The KR measures an outcome, not an output
- [ ] The objective is meaningful without the KRs
- [ ] No KR can be hit without delivering real value
- [ ] Together the KRs prove the objective was achieved

## Common Mistakes to Avoid

Flag any of the following in the draft OKRs: activity-based KRs, unmeasurable objectives, too many OKRs, sandbagged targets.
