## Market Sizing Framework

Calculate all three levels:

**TAM — Total Addressable Market**
The total revenue available if you captured 100% of the market. Use top-down: find the broadest relevant market size from industry data and narrow to the most relevant definition.

**SAM — Serviceable Addressable Market**
The portion of TAM you can realistically reach with your current model, channels, and geography.

**SOM — Serviceable Obtainable Market**
The realistic share you can capture in years 1–3, based on competitive intensity, sales capacity, and market awareness.

## Calculation Methods

**Top-down:** Start from an industry market size figure → apply relevant filters → arrive at TAM, SAM, SOM.

**Bottom-up:** Start from the number of potential customers → multiply by average deal size → arrive at the same figures from a different direction.

**Sanity check:** If both methods produce similar results, the estimate is credible. If they diverge significantly, explain why.

Return all three market sizes with clear assumptions for every number used.
