## Step 1: Design the Question Arc

Structure the interview in four phases:

3. **Challenge and pushback** (10 min): Test your assumptions
4. **Closing and referrals** (5 min): Surface what you did not know to ask

## Step 2: Write 12-15 Interview Questions
