## Email Sequence

**Email 1 — The Check-In** (Day 1): We noticed you've been away. Low pressure, genuine curiosity. No pitch.

**Email 2 — The Value Reminder** (Day 4): Remind them of the result they got (or could have gotten). Share a customer success story or new feature.

**Email 3 — The Honest Ask** (Day 8): Acknowledge they may have moved on. Ask directly: is there something we could have done better? Offer to help.

**Email 4 — The Final Offer** (Day 12): If applicable, lead with your best offer. Make it feel like a parting gift, not desperation. Include a hard expiry.
