3. **Backstory** — 1–2 paragraph origin that naturally explains their motivations
4. **Motivations & Goals** — what they want, what they fear, what they will never do
5. **Secrets** — 1–2 secrets that could be discovered through roleplay or investigation
6. **Stat Block or Power Level** — narrative description of capabilities (and optional crunch stats)
7. **Roleplaying Hooks** — 3 specific ways a GM can introduce or use this NPC
8. **Sample Dialogue** — 4–5 lines of in-character speech that reveal personality
