- What triggers the decision to buy
- Objections they have before purchasing
- Who else influences their decision
- What makes them loyal long-term

VOICE OF CUSTOMER:
- 5 things they would say about their problem in their own words
- The exact phrase they Google when looking for a solution

WHY THIS PERSONA BUYS FROM YOU SPECIFICALLY:
- The real reason (not the marketing reason)
